Anglian releases “Vekho Mundeyon – Football Queen” to Global Audience
After the resounding success of Aao Dhundhe Apne Hero back in November 2012, we released our second music video Vekho Mundeyon – Football Queen in April 2013 to even greater worldwide success. The video gained close to half a million views on You Tube and was even tweeted by Ms. Gurinder Chadha, OBE, the award-winning director of Bend it Like Beckham. The video highlights, using Punjabi rap, the innate strength and fortitude of girls and women across India, the larger sub-continent and all over the world.
