Prasad is a senior management professional with a double MBA and over 13 years of experience across sales, business development, operations and marketing in the field of IT and Sports. Prasad started his career in IT sales and business development post his MBA working with a software product company. He continued working with various software product companies looking after domestic as well as international markets till May 2009. In May 2009 he decided to follow his passion of sports and particularly football by joining a football training academy. To pursue the sports management education Prasad went to University of Liverpool, UK to their coveted Football Industries MBA course in 2010. Upon his return to India he worked for a motor sports company, a health and wellness start-up and finally becoming a COO of Kalyani Bharat Football Club, Pune in 2014. Prasad is a fitness enthusiast and keeps himself in shape by playing football over the weekends and few gym sessions during the week.

A bright, articulate and numerate individual repeatedly recognised for: creative, conceptual and analytical talents; social media skills and design proficiency; with exemplary work ethic. A multi-linguist individual experienced in managing various social media pages who loves to harness his technical skills, social media work experience and creativity towards making significant contribution to the growth and development of the company and thereby develop himself. Ashish along with with being KhelNow's (Anglian Group Company) Country Head will also lead the way as Manager for Talent and Alliance at Anglian Sports Management Group

Being absolute passionate about Sports, Shivam Sharma embraced the defining moment and made a switch from being an IT engineer to becoming a full fledged Sports Business Professional in the year 2015. Hailing from the small city of Bareilly in U.P., he grew up as an avid sports player and follower. Life though had different plans and a stint as an IT engineer in a renowned company such as Mphasis HP gave him the first exposure and experience of the working world. He greatly enjoyed his work and contributed effectively to the company. However, the calling of his passion was too strong. Intrigued by the nuances of sports business, he went on to do his Master's in Sports Business and Innovation after securing a place at Loughborough University in London. Coming back to India to hone his skills, Shivam worked on establishing RF Jr. NBA network in the Delhi-NCR region with Sportzconsult. Shivam was motivated to further develop his skills and embrace the growing horizon of the Sports Industry and aims to be a crucial contributing member of the Anglian Sports Management Group (ASMG).
